Finding Self-Compassion: Real stories of family stress, bipolar disorder and postpartum depression

erasing the distance.Reduce the stigma of mental health by attending this special ThriveTalk in honor of Mental Health Month. Allstate Good Life is bringing back performance group, Erasing the Distance, to continue the discussion on living with stress, anxiety and other mental health conditions. Performers will portray four real stories about caring for aging parents, suffering from postpartum depression, balancing career and starting a family while having bipolar disorder and growing up the child of an abusive alcoholic and the journey to recovery.
